Barry Whitelegge managed a large Powder Coating division of a national manufacturing company since 1992.  In 2012 he set up his own specialist Zinc Spray treatment and Coatings Company in West Drayton close to the M4 and Heathrow Airport.

Elite Powder Coating Ltd now enjoys contracts with some of the biggest and specialist metal fabrication companies in Greater London.   The company has recently extended the opening hours and a weekday night shift service is available  for customers for night works contracts in Aviation & Rail

Elite Powder Coaters will offer a site service (in-situe) from October 2013. This will include surveys of surfaces and materials requiring re finishing and or removal for works treatment. Site Installation of completed materials and components quoted on night or day shifts.

Elite Coaters are unique in supply of anti-slip surfaces treatments of materials both new and retrofit.  Slip testing services carried out by arrangement.                                Elite Powder Coaters invite all inquiries for new projects and offer technical advice where possible on our specialist treatments.

• Elite coaters apply own in-house quality control procedures on works undertaken  and are now in the process of introducing  ISO9001 / ISO14001 quality management system.
• Elite  site staff have  full CSCS training from Green (Operatives) to Black card (Project Management).
• We fully comply with legislative Reg’s and site ACOPs and provide our own RA&MS, ITPs  and completed works O&Ms
